Cancellation/Refund Policy

This Cancellation and Refund Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations, returns, and refunds of products purchased from our website www.greendaisy.co.in ("the Website").

 

Order Cancellation

1.1 Cancellation Window: You may request the cancellation of your order within 24 hours of placing the order. 1.2 Cancellation Eligibility: Orders can be canceled if they have not been processed for shipping or if they have not been customized or personalized.

1.3 Refund for Canceled Orders: If your order is eligible for cancellation, we will process the refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.

 

Return and Refund

2.1 Return Eligibility: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return within 3 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.

2.3 Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases where the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

2.4 Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process the refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

2.5 Non-Refundable Items: Some products may not be eligible for returns and refunds due to their perishable nature or hygiene reasons. These items will be clearly marked as non-refundable on the product page.

 

Exchange

3.1 Exchange Policy: If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will be happy to exchange it for the same or a similar product of equal value. Please contact our customer support team at +91 995-334-0431;  contact@greendaisy.co.in to initiate the exchange process.

3.2 Exchange Eligibility: To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.

3.3 Exchange Shipping: Green Daisy will cover the shipping costs for exchanging damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

 

Damaged or Defective Products

4.1 Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives with visible damage to the packaging, please refuse the delivery and immediately contact our customer support team for further assistance.

4.2 Concealed Damage: If you discover any damage to the product after opening the package, please contact our customer support team within 3 days from the date of delivery. Provide photos of the damaged product and packaging to expedite the resolution process.

4.3 Defective Products: If you believe the product you received is defective, please contact our customer support team within 3 days from the date of delivery. Provide a detailed description and photos of the defect to help us assess the issue.

 

Shipping Information

5.1 Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above INR 349.

5.2 COD Orders: For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we charge a small fee of INR 10.

​

5.3 Delivery ETA: The Service generally has a delivery Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) of 5-7 days from the date of dispatch.

5.4 Dispatch Time: The products are generally dispatched within 24 hours of receiving the order.
